Hi all, it's been a little while, but I'm back. We had a blast at the Spring Stomp Crop in April, and I wanted to share a few photos with you.
William wanted to help unpack the 8 big boxes of Stampin' Up that came in to accommodate the goody bags, classes and door prizes...
it was a lot of fun, but a lot of work too...
Cindy got a tonne of pages done, and she was kind enough to pose with a couple of them
Bonnie made this cute set of cards for me using the Easter Blessings stamp set from the mini catalog. so cute, and by the way, Bonnie gets a hundred things done at these crops! I really don't know how she does it...
Here are Marsha, Tara and Laura. Laura (in front) is a laugh, and was on a roll creating REALLY cute cards, here are a few more
Pear Pizzazz, chocolate chip and pumpkin pie cardstock, Greenhouse Gala dsp, brights buttons and that awesome tulip frame emboss folder from the mini catalog... I think the Happy Birthday is from the level 2 hostess set in the mini too.
Basic Gray and Pear Pizzazz cardstock, the new Flower Garden embossing folder, some pear pizzazz ribbon, the dotted scallop ribbon border punch and a few filigree brads.... such a great job Laura, and you always say you "can't come up with something on your own" NOT! Thanks for sharing and being such a great sport. Laura is a grade 3 teacher, you can imagine how much fun her kids have in her class! Laura and Marsha will be teaching a class at the Fall crop... I can't wait to see what they have in store for us!
here is darling Darlene and her Strength and Hope card. Darlene is the most Shabby Chic stamper I know, she does amazing things with flowers too, we call her the flower queen... in fact it's Darlene who taught us a class on Flower Frames that I am teaching this saturday. She has agreed to teach a frame class at the Fall crop too, so we are all looking forward to that.
here's a close up of her Strength and Hope card
Strength and Hope stamp set, baja breeze, crumb cake and very vanilla cardstock, soft suede ink and sponge and baja breeze seam binding. oh and linen thread and i think there are some dazzling diamonds there too... this is a cute set, but more importantly, Stampin Up is donating $2 from the sale of every set to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. This set is available May 1st and is $16.95 for the clear stamps, and $21.95 for wood.
I geuss that's all I have for now, I have more pictures to share with you next time. And a REALLY funny video of my bestie Joanne, but I have to get her approval first, or she's liable to kill me if I just post it without her blessing lol. We'll chat soon, Ev
